- Gather appropriate medical history and history of present illness, develop a treatment plan, and provide patient education and referral in a culturally competent manner (B2.07).
- Provide medical care to a patient with consideration for religious viewpoint (B2.06d).
- Discuss a treatment plan in a culturally sensitive manner, with consideration for adherence to the treatment plan (B2.12a).
- Utilize the SPIKE process to compassionately communicate bad/sad news (B2.04).
