Tasks:

• Carefully review the patient's forms before beginning the visit.
• Introduce yourself and share your pronouns to create an inclusive and respectful environment.
• Clarify the reason for the visit, focusing on the patient's request for medical clearance and a review of their immunizations.
• Take a comprehensive medical history, covering relevant areas such as medications, past conditions, and surgeries, without making assumptions.

Visit Objective

• Utilize patient’s pronouns with good rapport and sensitivity.
• Provide medical care to a patient with consideration for gender identity.
• Discuss a treatment plan, in a culturally sensitive manner, with consideration for adherence to the treatment plan.
